A new level of SPC Reporting using cloud based data lake architectures
In cooperation with camLine, GlobalFoundries is developing an enhanced SPC Reporting application based on LineWorks STARGATE 4 with the new FACE application as a front-end and as back-end a Cloud based data aggregation layer using Databricks data lake.
With this enhanced SPC reporting, new functionalities like individual and highly flexible report generation, individual KPI options, the usage of external data sources and standardized reports will be applicable.
In addition, reporting results can be saved for audits and corrective action management based on SPC reports can be defined.
I will give you an introduction of the structures and functionalities, as well as an overview of the most important new features and enhancements.
