Microchips are now central components of nearly all industries, while the boom in artificial intelligence is providing additional structural momentum to the market. By integrating the automation specialist SYSTEMA, Accenture is specifically strengthening its capabilities in production digitization. The focus is on intelligent manufacturing systems, the seamless integration of equipment, the optimization of manufacturing execution systems (MES), and the use of data analytics and AI for planning, maintenance, and process optimization. This is complemented by digital twins and end-to-end solutions that create transparency and lay the foundation for autonomous production processes.

To consolidate these capabilities, a Semiconductor & High-Tech Manufacturing Hub is being established in Dresden. The hub serves as a central location where innovative technologies are not only developed but also tested in collaboration with clients and translated into industrial applications. In addition, proven services such as OT security, cloud and hosting solutions, and application management are utilized.
