Meeting the demands of semiconductor manufacturing

Semiconductor manufacturing involves hundreds of steps, starting with IC design, wafer manufacturing and front-end wafer processing in fabs and continuing through back-end packaging and testing. It is a highly complex value chain containing many sophisticated processes.

Stäubli robots in the Cleanroom (CR) and Super Cleanroom (SCR) variant are specifically designed to meet the demands of manufacturing and safely handling highly sensitive microelectronic devices such as chips and semiconductors.
