AND Breakout-Sessions
Breakout: Smart Maintenance for a Digital Future

“We will still need the maintenance crew”, answered Marcin Mosinski of Bosch Dresden a couple of years ago when asked about the fully automated, lights-out fab – the vision of this vertical.

That’s when we knew we needed to revisit the topic and approach it from the perspective (voices) of the users in operations, line management., fabs’ manufacturing IT teams and solution providers.

Representatives from fab operations will present their needs in the context of automation and digitalization, as well as what they are doing today to increase headcount efficiency and automate processes. And what can solution providers offer to overcome obstacles?

We invite you to contribute to and discuss questions such as:

  • How can new employees quickly resolve equipment issues?
  • What do they need to quickly gain knowledge?
  • How can they deploy the solution quickly?
  • How can they get results quickly?
  • What should be done about security in OT?
